I have found the agency to be very personal in their approach. The agents listened to my husband and I about what we wanted and came up with suggestions which met our needs without trying to "oversell us" or talk us into more than what would fit into our budget.

Two years ago when we were in an accident (several hours from home) we called our agent on a Saturday and he made all of the contacts with adjusters, etc.

We were pulling a travel trailer in the mountains and ended up totalling the trailer and having significant damage to our truck.
