I have experience as both a developer and designer and like them both pretty equally.
On the development side I use php/mysql (symfony, doctrine, wordpress), (x)html/css and jquery for progressive enhancement; for design I use photoshop, paper prototypes and balsamiq.
For education, after high school I was CCNA-certified 2004-07 and graduated cum laude with a BS in computer science from Shepherd University in 2008.
I worked for a small development firm for about a year and a half after graduation where I developed our in-house cms as well as working on the official media sharing site of the Red Cross.
In March 2009 I set off to freelance. I also started working part time as a designer/developer for the Herald-Mail newspaper from January to May 2010.
Also in mid-2010 I began contracting full time for American Registry.
I'm currently available for work. If you're looking for a new site or just want to spruce up what you have, I can help.
